Waiver of cancellation rights

I/we understand and agree that if the contract is cancelled within 30 days of the commencement date of the work but more than 7 days before the commencement date, I/we will pay 20% of the full contract value to cover your administration costs and any other costs you have incurred. I/we also understand and agree that if the contract is cancelled 7 or less days before the work is scheduled to commence then the deposit will not be refunded. I/we understand that if a deposit has been paid more than 30 days before the commencement date of the work then it will be refunded in full subject to the cancellation being more than 30 days before the commencement date of the work.
