About This Project

Penetrating damp is most commonly caused by building defects such as leaking rainwater guttering, running overflows or defective pointing. Penetrating damp leads to internal damp problems and possibly timber decay. Our surveyors identify the underlying causes of the penetrating damp problem and provide a report which identifies the building defects requiring attention. Our survey report also includes an assessment of any necessary internal repairs including quotations where appropriate.
