If you have instructed us to carry out work with a start date of less than 30 days, then we may have asked you to complete the ‘Waiver of cancellation rights’ form also on our website. In this case, we will retain 20% of the contract value to cover our administration costs and any other costs we have incurred. If you cancel work within 7 days of the commencement date and have waivered cancellation rights then the deposit will not be refunded.

The notice of cancellation is deemed to be served as soon as it is electronically sent. If you prefer, you can cancel a contract in writing in which case the notice is deemed to have been served on the date the letter was posted (please retain proof of posting).
