Should you use an alternative plastering contractor you must ensure the following specification is followed for us to issue a damp proof course guarantee:
Apply 2 coats of RendX Primer to the brickwork which is to be plastered.
First render coat: 3 parts plastering sand to 1 part cement.
Second render coat: 4 parts plastering sand to 1 part cement.
Both render coats must include RendX Admix in the mixing water.
Apply 2 coats of finishing plaster (Thistle Board Finish or Carlite Multi-finish).

If you prefer to use an alternative re-plastering specification, then this must be agreed with us in writing in advance of the damp proofing work being undertaken.
